Would like to hear some advice on how to proceed with my idea as a form of guidance moving the project forward. Been browsing and reading various posts on this sub for months, love seeing how supportive and direct the community is.

My Idea is to create a Job board that focuses on hiring and listing of science, technology and innovation talents and related companies. Although I know my idea is very basic and is nothing too novel in the grand scheme of things, but the region I'm based in is unique in the sense that only large job boards like Indeed, Jobsdb etc offer a place to submit jobs. Being in the field of Innovation and technology, many of my peers, including myself always found the large job boards rather difficult to find jobs in the I&T space. Also companies, including many startups find it a struggle to post on those job boards due to cost and the highly diluted talent base. Many have to ask their own universities for recommendations or ask their own staff for recommendations.

With the rising demand of I&T talents locally it seems like a good pain point to try to tackle, thus the idea of a I&T focused Job board was born. At the current stage, I have commissioned a vendor to create a basic MVP job board site that I was hoping to use to start inviting people to join. But my question is, with little to no novelty besides the niche, would this be a dead end idea to proceed or is it best I have to look to find ways to innovate it more.
