Problem Statement: The fundamental science and research around it looks stifled with the current system that is completely broken. The quality of research papers produced out of a well-known university is a big question mark; given the bureaucracy onto well-known universities. They have become too systemized, it chokes the creativity inside a researcher. The condition is such that researchers either can't or not allowed to choose a research topic on their own.

Technology is doing great, but fundamentally, we are still there. For ex: every year, we get same vehicle with slightly better engine, same phones with its curves rounded or hardly-noticable better processors. AI is relatively new (not counting the research in AI going on from 60s-70s.)

The Solution: A community that allow researchers to let their creative spirit go wild and question the fundamentals and choose a research topic of their own choice and do a peer-review research from day one. Their topic will ranked across different tags such as interesting, practical, futuristic, deviant, and many others.

Maybe, the platform will have an AI assistant helping users to generate a research topic that is highly specialized. That requires NOT JUST using claude or chatgpt API, but creating a custom LLM fine-tuned and powered by these model or something. (I am not a AI specialist, so can't say much)
